Use Free Classifieds

Free Classifieds is the new wave of the future. A lot of companies that are hiring, no longer place ads in the local newspapers, instead they list their openings in online classifieds. Not only online, but free online classifieds.

A great way to get rid of a few unwanted items, and to make a buck in the process, is to list the items on CraigsList or another free classified advertising web site. So, before you place that ad in the paper, try to sell it for free!

Free Museum Admission

A great way to travel for free is to find museums which offer free or low cost admission.

One of the best offers I have found is for Bank of America members. They have a Museums on Us program that offers free admission to museums and aquariums in different cities.

This is a great way to take a day trip or get to plan the rest of your vacation around!

Recycling

We are all seeking out ways to earn extra money these days. So why not recycling. Most of us know that we can save our aluminum cans and recycle them to earn extra money. In some states, all we get back is the money that we originally paid for the deposit, so unfortunately for those people this won't work.

But in other cities around the world, you can actually earn money from other recycled products. That's right, you can get paid for those goods that you are paying the city or county to take in for you. Check around your area for recycle centers. Some pay for paper and plastic, as well as other products. So, go ahead and make money off your garbage!

How to Get Rid of Hard Water Stains

A number of people complain about the hard water stains in the toilets, but it can be a lot easier to get rid of than they think...and very inexpensive!

Buy a gallon of white vinegar. Keep this under your bathroom sink, or in a bathroom closet. Once a week, pour about a half a cup of the vinegar in the back of your commode. Tada! Done! Stains vanish!
